This lightweight, portable, horizontal pin setting machine is designed to set SPIROL Series 550 Coiled Pins in plastic hinges. The cylinder/guide rod modules move forward and backward with ease and the ease of changing the supports allows the machine to be quickly adapted to the entire assembly. This machine automatically brings the pins quickly and efficiently to the point of installation, thus avoiding the operator to touch them during the whole assembly operation. It dramatically improves productivity with minimal operator effort and training time.
